SPONSORSHIP: ADOPTING YOUR SPIRITUAL SON

The Christian Community has a shared responsibility in promoting vocations to priesthood.

Your Response

A seminary is a place where young men are moulded in the ideals of Jesus to become caring and compassionate pastors.

Sacred Heart Seminary at Poonamallee, Chennai, is a major Seminary established in 1936. It has gifted more than one thousand five hundred priests and more than twenty bishops to the Church.

The parish priests in the Archdiocese of Madras-Mylapore, the Diocese of Chingleput, and other dioceses in Tamilnadu are past pupils of Sacred Heart Seminary.

The Lord of Harvest is providing us with good vocations. We need your helping hands to promote and nurture vocations to priesthood.
